The challenge
A cohort of six young people in Lambeth, several with experience of serious youth violence.
What we did
Breakthrough Mind Shift Framework coaching, using the Game Changers toolkit co-designed by our founder with Thomas Wagaine, through Youth Futures Foundation-funded programmes delivered via Ubele.
The outcome
All six moved on: three into higher education and three into work. The young people received the Mayor of Lambeth’s award for the most transformed life in a short space of time.

Our founder
Nessa Primus
Nessa has spent her career on both sides of the table: 21 years at the Department for Work and Pensions and 26 years coaching people through change.
Nessa is the Founder & Director of Primus Consulting Services CIC, where she coaches Directors, CEOs and Heads of Service. She is also CEO of Digital Twin Skills Academy CIC, an EdTech social enterprise in North London.
At the DWP she led the Jobcentre’s 18–24 programme and served as ex-offender lead. She created the Breakthrough Mind Shift Framework and co-designed the Game Changers toolkit with Thomas Wagaine.
